When we acquire a new account, we thoroughly train appropriate customer staff members in brewing techniques, beverage creation, and equipment cleaning procedures.
We inspect all functions of brewing equipment on a pre-scheduled basis, up to four times a year, making necessary adjustments as needed. A written report is completed and submitted to customer management.
Based on our inspection findings, we conduct additional instructional seminars to update training where needed.
